Museum Passes
The Fox Lake District Library is proud to offer two different programs for Fox Lake District Library cardholders that offer discounts and free passes to museums and attractions throughout the Chicago area and Illinois.
Reciprocal borrowers should visit their home library for museum passes. Please note each museum will offer different privileges and conditions for their pass so please check carefully before reserving a pass. Not all passes will be available on all dates, as passes are limited. Select your desired museum, date, and offer.

Some museums will allow passes on mobile devices, while others require printed passes. The complete terms will be available when reserving your pass.

You will be asked to enter an email address. If your library account contains an email address, it will autopopulate.

You will receive an email reminder three days before your pass reservation date.

Only adults 18 and older may reserve passes.

A patron may have 2 active reservations at a time.

Please bring a photo ID along with you to the museum on the day of your reservation.

Use the ONLINE Pass Request Link to submit your request.

The library card must match the name of the person checking out the pass.

Limit one pass, per family, per week.

Passes are valid for one week, beginning on the day it is checked out.
Some participating museums include:
Bess Bower Dunn Museum of Lake County, Brookfield Zoo, Chicago Botanic Garden, Legoland Discovery, and more!
