How do I put a reserve or hold on a book?
Library patrons can place up to 5 items at any one time through the library’s website. Items immediately available will be pulled from the shelves and be waiting at the circulation desk for user pick up. For items with multiple requests, the user’s name will be placed on a reserve (or hold) list in the order the requests are received. Reserved materials will be circulated on a first request—first serve basis. If requested materials are not picked up within three (3) days after notification, the items will be re-shelved or the next person on the reserve list will be notified.
