Friends of the Clarion Free Library Annual Chili Cook-Off!  Clarion's finest chili makers will compete for the title of Best Chili in Clarion County. Adult beverages will be provided by Clarion River Brewing Company. Live music by the Toby Hill Trio. 50/50 Raffle. Refreshments and desserts. Donations at door for entry. All proceeds benefit the Clarion Free Library.
