Beginning June 1, 2021 our 14 day materials will once again be circulating for 14 days/2 weeks . Since the beginning of the pandemic we have been lending these materials for a 21 day/3week loan period.

Starting June 1, 2021 we will also move to a 7 day period before overdue charges will be assessed on your library account. This means if you have library materials overdue more than 7 days you will be charged the full overdue fine amount, $0.10 per item, each day overdue.

Remember you can always call the library to renew an item you have not finished, and we will renew it as long as other library customers are not on hold/request for it.

If you have any questions, please contact your East Albemarle Regional Library location.
