Resources Available to Harrison Public Library Cardholders

The following databases are partially funded by the New Jersey Regional Library Cooperatives, a state tax funded service of the New Jersey Library Network. The databases can be accessed from home or work. Have your Harrison library card handy, because you will need to type in the barcode(with no spaces).

EBSCOhost offers access to the full text of over 1,800 magazines and newspapers with MasterFILE Premier, Business Source, and Health Source Plus. A variety of other tools for research are also available.

Infotrac Newspapers has full text articles from a number of newspapers.

NoveList is a readers’ advisory resource that assists fiction readers in finding new authors and titles.

Informe has full-text magazine articles in Spanish.

SIRS Discoverer is an interactive reference tool designed to strengthen the research, reading, writing and computer skills of the young researcher.
