Handley Regional Library presents Maker Mondays with the Valley Makers Association
Maker Mondays are free and open to all tinkerers, hobbyists, DIY-ers, code monkeys, engineers, and makers of every shape and size!
Are you interested in making things and collaborating with other like-minded hackers? If so, we want you!
Join us for Swap Meets, Show & Tell Nights, and Workshops on the 2nd Monday of each month @ Your Library
To be rescheduled: Maker Monday Workshop: Making a Living as a Maker @ Handley Library
(originally scheduled for March 27)
Swap Meets: Participants are asked to bring clean, useful items to trade or swap with other makers. Suggestions include old laptops or other electronics, like new art supplies, tools, electronics supplies, etc… All remaining items must return with the person who brought them.
Show & Tell Nights: Makers bring in completed projects, works-in-progress, or even project ideas to discuss with fellow makers.This is a great way to share and build on your project ideas.
Workshops: These facilitated learning sessions bring experts in a particular field to instruct makers on new skills or techniques for a given topic. Topics could include basic soldering, intro to coding, master keying, and beginners knitting. [Registration may be required for some workshops.]
