PHYSICAL LOCATION: Some VHS tapes are stored off-site. DVD copies of these materials are available to researchers as noted in the inventory.

SCOPE AND CONTENT: This collection contains a variety of audio-visual materials covering local history, community events and local cable programs in Winchester and Frederick County, Virginia. Materials include DVD, CD and VHS tape. The collection also includes recordings of local musicians and orchestras.
