Thomas C. Barton, Jr.

Biographical/Historical: Thomas C. Barton, Jr. is a New Jersey resident and the compiler of this collection. Barton is a noted Winchester/Frederick County name. Brothers Thomas and Lewis Barton and their cousin Robert Barton all served in World War I.
