Notary Services

Handley Regional Library is happy to provide free limited notary services. Please call the library to confirm hours and to check on evening or Saturday availability. Bring your photo ID and in situations where a witness is required, the Library will not provide witnesses and witnesses may not be solicited from customers using the Library. In order to serve as a witness, the witness must personally know the individual whose document is being notarized and must be in possession of valid photo identification. Do not sign anything before coming for the notarization.

Handley branch: Contact Todd Strader through the Handley Information Desk at 540-662-9041 ext. 19 or tstrader@handleyregional.org for hours of availability.

  • Provide legal advice or any counseling regarding your documents
