Please welcome our new Director, who begins work on September 22nd.

Matthew Etzel first moved to Indiana from Illinois in 2009 after earning a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in History. In 2013, he also completed a Masters in Library and Information Science. Since moving to Indiana, he has worked at the Huntington City-Township Public Library in the circulation and reference departments and has also assisted the library’s Indiana Room in digitizing documents related to local history. Matthew is an avid reader and is rarely found without two books in progress at once. He currently lives in Fort Wayne with his wife, Dawn, and sons, Owen and Connor.

Meet the authors of the book "80/20 Landlording", Sheamus Clarke and Scott Stellhorn, and learn about tenant predators, real tenant history, and simple property management.
