Join us for an hour of yoga and relaxation . Although every week is somewhat different and focusing on participant needs, some of the things you may experience include: deep, but gentle stretching of muscle tissue with rhythmic flows of breath, extended meditative postures, frequent periods of savasana (relaxation), guided imagery and gentle adjustments. In addition, this class will explore simple but powerful ways to open and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. Students will leave feeling warm, relaxed, open and restored.
