Every month the Eccles-Lesher Memorial Library Friends of the Library group meet on the second Tuesday at 6 pm here at the library. This group is made up of local community members and people just like you who want to contribute something positive to their community by supporting a worthwhile organization such as their hometown public library. These days libraries of all kinds need all the support they can get.
So, if you're looking to donate a little time for a positive cause, think about coming and participating in this fun group. At the meetings each month discussions are held on fund-raising ideas, program possibilities, and many other fun topics. You don't need to attend each and every meeting nor do you need to devote hundreds of hours of time. Every little bit helps.
