The Elbert County Library District provides a meeting rooms for public use. One meeting room is at 239 Main Street, Elizabeth the other at the District Office/Elizabeth Library location, 651 W. Beverly St. in Elizabeth.The Library adheres to the Library Bill of Rights and makes its meeting rooms and facilities available to the public on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affliations of individuals or groups requesting its use. Use of the meeting room by a group or organization does not constitute an endorsement by the Library Board of the group's policies or beliefs.
