Book Drops

The Library has budgeted funds for several free standing book drops to be located in the community.  Where would you like to see them placed?  They are 32" by 32", 56" high and need to be fastened to a concrete base.

Branch Library in Severance

For years there has been talk about a branch library in Severance.  The library has located a site in the Colorado East Bank and Trust for a small satellite library.  The initial cost based on 30 open hours per week is approximately $79,000.  The annual cost after shelving and equipment is purchased is approximately $55,000.  Tell us what you think!  Would you like to see a satellite library in Severance?

Strategic and Long Range Planning

Interested in serving on a committee to develop the strategic and long range plans for the Clearview Library District?  The Library Board is looking for citizen participation.  The planning process will begin in March, 2012 and is anticipated to continue throughout the year.
