She will share how to maximize the nutritional value of the food you eat by learning about "super power foods," heart-healthy food containing huge doses of good fats, fiber and powerful antioxidants. Expect to learn about all-natural whole grains, lean cuts of meats, beans and legumes, seeds and nuts, snack ideas and fresh seasonal, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Portion sizes will be discussed.

There will be no food tasting but sharing of healthy food information.

Bring them to the library for the Teddy Bear Sleepover. They will have tons of fun as they meet new friends, enjoy story time, read books and play before bedtime. In the morning they will get breakfast before they head back home. Each toy will receive a photo book of their library adventure to show you when you get them home.

Toys may be dropped off Thursday from 9AM-8PM or Friday from 10AM-6PM and picked up on Saturday or Monday.
