The Jubilee Book Club will hold its meeting in Clarion Free Library on Thursday, February 21 at 2:00 pm.  This month’s selection is:  The Rising Man by Abir Mukherjee.  Copies of the book are available for check out. The Jubilee Book Club is sponsored by Dr. and Mrs. William Buchanan.
