Roger "Tweety Bird" Book Signing
The Oak Hill Public Library wishes to invite the public to a book signing by a local author, Roger "Tweety Bird" Smith on Wednesday, May 8th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Jenkins Room at the Oak Hill Public Library. Roger's new book is called The Adventures of Xavier Winfield and His Pal Oggie "The Great Camping Adventure" episode one. Book Synopsis: This book is for young, juvenile and adolescent readers but would be enjoyed by all readers. This is the first book out of seven episodes to follow. Two adventurous boys discover camping gear and coerce their parents into letting them take a camping trip that leads them into a world of peril. Filled with antics between best friends, some informative value about camping and mining, the two boys end up learning some very valuable lessons... but unfortunately, the hard way! Roger "Tweety Bird" Smith has recently moved back to Oak Hill and tells delightful stories of his adventures. You don't want to miss this book signing.
